API access depends on active subscriptions, valid keys, quota limits, payment state and platform security checks. Attempts to bypass those controls can result in blocked access.
Plans can include trials, free quotas, paid monthly limits, daily limits, RPS limits, hard caps or overage rules depending on the provider configuration.
Providers are responsible for accurate API descriptions, lawful upstream services, support expectations and plan information shown to customers.
